If you flip over an Ace (no matter the suit), you will be doing tricep dips for a set amount of time. If you flip over a face card, simply look at the suit and complete the exercise from the “Face Card” column. For example, if you flipped over a 9 of hearts and you are doing level 3, complete 9 burpees! Then flip the next card. ![]() The number on the card is the number of reps that you will complete. Look at the suit on the card and then look at the corresponding exercise for that suit. It’s totally your call! When you are ready to begin, flip over the first card. You can either shuffle them into the cards and have your rest be in a random part of your workout, or, you can place the jokers around the first third of the deck and the last third of the deck. ![]() A deck usually has two jokers, which will be your rest periods. Once you have chosen your level, grab your cards, shuffle them, and place them facedown in a pile.
